With two scholarships left to fill for the 2019 class, Mike Boynton has been working overtime. His primary focus looks to be on three players in-particular; 2020 power forward Isaiah Toddwho many believe could reclassify to 2019 , 3-star power forward Julius Marble who has committed to Michigan State, and 4-star forward Christian Brown.Boynton has really put the full-court press on Brown. The Virginia prospect made an official visit to Stillwater last weekend. Then, just a few hours after OSU upset Baylor on the road, Boynton was in the air, according to 247Sports' Chris Evans, to visit with Brown on Thursday.Just a few days later, it seems Boynton's hard work may be paying off.As of Saturday morning, Oklahoma State is now tied with North Carolina State in the odds to land Brown. Both have five 247Sports crystal balls in their favor, but OSU's have been the more recent, and now include Jerry Meyer, a recruiting expert with 247 Sports.
